Learning Outcome 3
This week I've made an effort to start a new form of activity. I've opted to start learning how to properly fight. By this I mean I have started some MMA classes with a trainer and will continue to do so for as long as I can. I see this as a new equally enjoyable form of exercise with respect to my soccer training and also an opportunity to learn self defense. Because the world is so unpredictable I see it necessary to at least be able to protect yourself. I began my training just last week and although I am currently swinging like a caveman, I find it absolutely thrilling to learn how to properly control my body and put it to use as best I can. Next to soccer, this is easily the most enjoyable form of exercise I've had the pleasure of being introduced too.
